The Project:A series of commercial spots featuring celebrity talent to promote NBC Universal’s coverage of the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics.

The Challenge: Designing and building practical, tactile sets that seamlessly integrate with virtual environments displayed on LED Volume stages.

The Process:
• Creating detailed renderings and presentations to establish the visual direction and align the creative team
• Researching real locations in Italy to accurately recreate architectural details, materials, and finishes
• Designing practical scenery to integrate seamlessly with the virtual environments
• Collaborating with the virtual production team to coordinate the physical and digital environments
• Managing a team of fabricators, vendors, craftspeople, special effects and other designers through fabrication and production
